Member Services Consultant – Scoutlink Support
Fixed Term Position – 12 Months

Scouts Australia NSW is seeking a friendly, IT-savvy, customer-focused Help Desk Support person with fine attention to detail to join our Member Services Team for 12 months from February 2016.
This role represents the critical front line between the Scouts NSW State Office and Members of the Scouts Association.
Using ScoutLink (our new web-based Membership system), the role provides a broad spectrum of services to our volunteer Members.
In this position, you will:
The role requires sound IT knowledge, exceptional customer service skills and attitudes, attention to detail, and the technical skill, resourcefulness and learning orientation to find solutions to Member problems using ScoutLink, the web, colleagues and other resources.
The successful applicant will have:
Although not essential, knowledge of Scouting or experience as a member of Scouts NSW would be considered favourably.
