When logging a call with the help desk, please make sure you include the following information:
- Your name
- Your preferred contact details
- What ScoutLink application you are working in
- What your issue is
- Any error messages or screen shots you can save
- Any records or information you are attempting to access/enter/view/find.
Remember that the more information you can give us upfront, the quicker we can resolve your call.
Scout Link Champions
Each Region has several ScoutLink Champions who are more than willing to assist you in using ScoutLink. If you see them at an activity or meeting and they are available to help you, please feel free to ask them.
We ask that you do not call ScoutLink Champions at home directly as like us all, they are volunteers and have their own families and commitments to take care of. Please log a call through the helpdesk and if you are having issues, we will make arrangements for a volunteer to get in contact with you.
The ScoutLink Community
As you attend training, we will ask you if you would like to join our ScoutLink online community. This community, being facilitated through a closed Facebook Group is a place where you can find help with other users, make comments on the ScoutLink application and interact with ScoutLink Champions and the Project Team.
