SUMMARY:RASOREE - North Coast Region All Section Camp
DESCRIPTION:Rasoree is a two-night camp for all sections where you can have some fun and adventure completing lots of exciting activities and meeting youth members from all over North Coast Region.\nThe camp will have many different activities for Joeys through to Rovers. \nSaturday will offer a range of activities for Joeys through to Rovers. You could be tackling the climbing wall\, racing billy karts around the Eagle Eye Track\, shooting your friends in archery tag\, staying cool in the splash zone and many more exciting activities. \nSaturday night will be the inaugural North Coast Scouts Got Talent followed by a disco. \nSunday morning will be markets\, badge swapping\, and a colour run.

DESCRIPTION:Closing date: 23-Feb-24 \nCost: $45 \nThis course will run over two full days online via Teams on 23-24 March. You must be able to attend all sessions to be able to complete this training. \nThe Scouting Essentials training is a hands on weekend where participants can apply skills learned from the On Demand Training in a facilitated environment. Scouting Essentials is the first step on your pathway to a Certificate of Proficiency. \nIf you have completed a Basic Training course within the last 3 years\, you don’t have to now complete Scouting Essentials but do stay up to date with changes to the youth program. \nYou must complete the following pre-requisites BEFORE APPLYING FOR THE COURSE: \n\nIndividual Adult Volunteer Plan (IAVP) Phase 1 (IAVP Phase 1 form can be found here)\nScouting Preliminary On Demand Training\nScouting Essentials On Demand Training\nAccess to a copy of the New Program Handbook (available from the Scout Shop when signed in as a Scout member)\nProficient with Microsoft Teams\nAccess to a computer with camera and microphone\nWillingness to download the Microsoft team application to the above device\n\nTo apply\, please click the link below. \n Course numbers are limited.
