Scouts NSW will again provide a live stream of the AGM, allowing for the transmission of live video and audio coverage of the AGM online. The AGM is a public meeting, and the live stream simply provides an opportunity to all Scout members to observe the proceedings.

It is particularly important that Branch Councillors are aware that the live stream is not an alternative for Branch Councillors to physically attend the meeting as those viewing the meeting via live stream will not be able to participate in the meeting itself in any way. Branch Councillors are strongly encouraged to join us in person at the AGM if they are able to do so.

Details of the live stream will be made available and published on the website closer to the AGM.
