If you are a new member of Scouts, following the completion of the A1/A2 or YA1 online form and following the verification of the WWCC, the prospective member will receive a Document Verification Services (DVS) link from NSW Police. Identification Documents must be submitted to the NSW Police DVS portal within seven days of receiving the link.
If you are an existing member of Scouts, prior to the renewal date, existing Adult Leaders will receive a link from NSW Police to their Scouts NSW email address and Adult Helpers will receive a link from NSW Police to their published email address.
