In readiness for the direct billing of the State Membership Fee, the current Active Kids redemption functionality via the Scouts NSW website will be switched off from Friday 12 March at 5pm.
Families can continue to redeem their Active Kids voucher with Scouts NSW via the forms on the website until this date, with all redeemed voucher credits reflected on the member’s State Membership Fee invoice, which they will receive from Scouts NSW.
Families who do not redeem their vouchers prior to the 12 March cut-off will be required to hold on to the vouchers until they receive their child’s 2021/22 State Membership Fee invoice. They will then be able to redeem their voucher with Scouts NSW when processing a payment for their State Membership Fee through the Scout Pay payment portal.
Moving forward, all Active Kids vouchers will be redeemed with Scouts through the direct billing experience.
