Scouts NSW was flying high following a generous donation from Nearmap.
Originally a small online startup founded in Perth in 2007, Nearmap is one of the world’s largest aerial survey companies.
The organisation donated IT equipment and office furniture thanks to a staff member who is also a Scouts NSW volunteer.
Chief Commissioner of Scouts NSW Lloyd Nurthen said donations were always appreciated.
“As a youth organisation supported by more than 4500 volunteers, it gives us all a boost to know that successful businesses care to support our youth members and volunteer leaders by donating useful equipment,” he said.
Scouts NSW is grateful for the generous donation and shares their thanks with Nearmap.
