Mrs Norma Notley OAM is the longest serving Leader of Scouts NSW with 67 years’ service. She turned 100 years of age earlier this year, and is currently the Honorary Leader (Group) with 1st North Ryde Scout Group. She is an inspiration to our youth, volunteer Leaders and Supporters alike.
Earlier this month, Norma was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for “service to youth through Scouts”. Norma commented to Her Excellency that “Scouting has kept her young and positive”.
