Why not turn it into a competition between your Joey or Cub Scouts. Let your unit decide on what the competition will be judging (e.g. grass length, coolest design, hairstyle, etc.)
Youth members should Plan>Do>Review> their grass head journey to qualify as a Special Interest Area Project.
