In the Young Leader Development Program, participants are in control of their training. As part of the YLDP, you are to complete your Phase 1 Leader Training, where you can choose between 2 pathways:
1.Youth Program Leader
2.Program Support Leader
Step 1: Pick Your Pathway
Step 2: Complete your On-Demand Modules
Step 3: Attend your Practical Course
Step 4: Complete your On-the-Job Milestone Forms
Step 5: Congratulations! You are all set and ready to begin your Leader journey!
