Who do you need to help you with your training program?
Consider the hazards that could cause injury and what will you do to reduce the risk?
Where will you get the instructions for the exercises?
What equipment will you need?
Where are you going to do your exercises?
Decide how long you will do your training program for. Is it for a month or longer?

Make sure you keep count of you reps or the time it takes to do your training program so that you don't over do it.
