Kym the NSW Mascot is available to hire by Scout Groups, Districts and Regions for promotional events.

Please complete the form below to register your Expressions of Interest. A separate confirmation email will be sent to you by the Scouts NSW Communications and Marketing Department to confirm your booking.

Once your booking has been confirmed, please download, read and complete the KYM the Scouts NSW Mascot - Hire Form and Guidelines. Bring the signed form with you to State Office when you collect Kym the NSW Mascot.

Groups and Regions are responsible for collecting Kym the NSW Mascot from Scouts NSW State Office. Please indicate the date you, or a representative from your Group, will collect Kym.
Proposed Return Date*
Groups and Regions are responsible for returning Kym the NSW Mascot to Scouts NSW State Office in the 10 day period following their event. Failure to return loaned equipment on time (without prior notice to Scouts NSW) may result in the denial of the Group or Region's future loan requests.

- I agree to keep all equipment loaned from Scouts NSW in good condition.
- I agree to return all items in good condition and promptly to Scouts NSW by the return date listed above.
- I agree that I will be responsible for replacement costs if equipment is lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen during the loan period.
