Is the direct billing of the State Membership Fee going ahead?

Yes. The Project Team has been working steadily over the past few months to secure a new vendor and to develop the direct billing system. Work on the project is progressing according to schedule, and we have identified 15 July as the prospective ‘go live’ date for the phased implementation of direct billing. On this date, all members will be directly billed for the Quarter 2 portion of the State Membership Fee.
