What is Quote Assessment Sheet and what is it for?

The Quote Assessment Sheet is designed to list all three vendors you have dealt with for every work type (in case you have a few projects going on under the same grant), and identifies the selected vendor and the reason for picking them  (i.e. lower price, returning client, compassionate discount, etc).
