When you send us the invoice which is the last claim on your balance, we will generate and send you a Completion Report email. It will have the Completion Report attached with all the instructions you have to follow to finalise your grant with the granting body. This is vital – Scouts will have signed legal agreements on completing the work and we have to account for it.
In most cases the main requirement is:
- The Completion Report itself
- Photos “after”
- Newspaper article with the feedback from the Group or Community
- Invoices to cover the entire grant amount (NB: store them carefully for later enquiries and your own peace of mind)
