The Introductory Interview is still a mandatory requirement as part of the Rover Scout Membership process.
The Introductory Interview with the Rover Scout should take place after your initial review of their application. The interview covers the discussion and supply of the following key policies:
- Introducing Scouting
- Scouts NSW: LSG17 – Personal Protection Policy and Procedures
- Scouts NSW Privacy Policy
- Scouts NSW Child Protection Policy
- Scouts NSW Social Media Guidelines
- Sectional Books
- Scouts NSW Adult Training and Development Calenda
The Group Leader endorsement includes a field which will ask you to confirm that the Introductory Interview with the Rover Scout applicant has taken place.
