Scouts NSW is looking to recommend 1-3 members to sit on the National Sub Committee of 7 to oversee and manage the $1m Dick & Pip Smith Leadership Through Adventure Fund.
We are seeking expressions of interest from Scouts NSW Members who fit into one of the below three (3) categories:
- A member of Scouting under the age of 30 years,
- A current Youth Program participant, or
- A current Youth Program Leader.
Expressions of interest are to be submitted to Chris Buggie (DCC Youth & Program Support (Acting)) via email ([email protected]) no later than 31st March.
Applicants are to outline the category they best fit into and express their interest in no more than 1 A4 page outlining their passion for being on this Fund Sub-Committee and how they see this contributing to their development. Scouts NSW will review all applications before recommending to National Executive Committee of Scouts Australia.
Time commitment is not known yet, but it is expected membership of the Sub-Committee will be up to 3 years in duration.
