Can the Active Kids Voucher be used by new members joining Scouts?

New members who join Scouts can use Active Kids vouchers to pay their State Membership Fee and Group Activity fees. Simply use your voucher as a payment method when you go to pay. A registration fee will also apply. Individual Groups may also charge a Group fee to help offset the cost of activities and supplies.
