I have filled in the Active Kids Voucher Redemption Form online. When following up with my Group Leader, I was informed that my child was not listed as someone who has redeemed the voucher. What do I do?
Prior to redeeming your child’s Active Kids voucher with Scouts, please ensure that you have completed a Youth Application (Y1) form for your child and have sent a PDF copy to your Group Leader for processing.
If you have done this and your child’s Active Kids voucher is not included in your Group Leader’s list as redeemed, this may be because the Y1 form is still being processed.
