I have just completed the Active Kids Voucher Redemption Form and have realised I made an error. Who do I contact to correct the details?

If you have identified an error in your Active Kids voucher redemption, please DO NOT resubmit a new application. Please email [email protected] with a copy of your redemption and the correction required. Our Members Services Team will then amend your original submission with these details and prepare it for processing.
