If we know the funds have been received by the State Service Centre, when can the Group commence the expenditure related to the grant?

You can only commence your works if four things have happened:

• Your Group has received money (ie. The application was successful and the money is with Scouts NSW);
• You have provided three quotes for each element of the work that exceeds $5,000 in value;
• You have provided a Quote Assessment Sheet (where applicable); and
• You have provided “before” photos
