The Rover Uniform consists of the dark blue shirt with the red section colour highlighted across the sleeve, yoke and collar.
Rover Scouts are required to wear grey/light coloured/navy blue shorts, trousers or skirts, depending on their Group. The Rover Scout badges that go on the uniform such as the World Scout badge, Scouts Australia badge, Group and District badges are usually presented at their investiture ceremony, along with their Group scarf.
